We believe that you will be delighted with your product but understand that there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We are happy for you to return your goods for a refund or exchange. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. Please note free returns are unfortunately not available to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. If returning from these locations we ask that you return these through a recorded trackable postal service.
You have 14 days to return an item from the date your order arrived. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original undamaged packaging. Please enclose receipt from the TredFlex website when returning goods so that we may be sure of who the goods are from.
In the first instance please complete the returns form on our website to arrange a replacement or refund of your purchase. If you have already done this you can contact us at info@TredFlex.co.uk or call us on 01536 210767 (International +44 (0) 01536 210767) during UK office hours please have your order confirmation to hand as we will require key information off this to confirm your order.
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with TredFlex.co.uk. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it, simply please return it to us, with the packing slip, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding any P&P charged in the original order).
We can either arrange an exchange or We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.

We try to select and package our products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us inline with our returns policy.

Free Returns are arranged by TredFlex using myHermes ParcelShop Drop Off. On completion of your returns request we will then email you a returns label for you to attach to the original packaging. Then take to one of the 4,500 myHermces ParcelShop Drop Off's available Nationwide to complete the returns process.
Please do not try to return via this service until you have the correct label emailed to you from TredFlex
We strongly advise that you retain a receipt as TredFlex cannot be held responsible for missing returns. Once returned safely back to TredFlex free of charge to yourself we will issue a refund or exchange. Please ensure that the goods are securely packaged with the returns label clearly attached to the parcel.
Unwanted Products - European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs)
By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after receipt of the order.

Where you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you.
